These images will be used to showcase the entry on the awards night as well as Campaign Asia-Pacific's website should it win an award. Please upload 3 different high-resolution photos of your team for agency and team categories, and nominated individual's/team’s photos for people categories. Please DO NOT upload logos, photos of office space/building, or your work. These should be group photos of your agency team and people or the nominated person for the entry.

Recommended size: 3000px for online & event use, and 300dpi for print.

Note:
  1. All supporting materials for judging should be uploaded either online as a digital file and/or in the form of a microsite/URL links as per the format guidelines stipulated below.
  2. The microsite/URL must be live from {{ date("d-M-Y", strtotime(session('event')->start_date)) }} to {{ date("d-M-Y", strtotime(session('event')->end_date)) }} . Please supply passwords, if needed, for access to the URL. Please DO NOT include any ftp or downloading web links; all web pages should lead judges to view the work or information directly, with no downloading required.
  3. All materials in languages other than English must be submitted with a translation.
  4. No supporting material can be returned after judging.
  5. Any supporting data must be accompanied by an indication of the source of reference. If your agency is the source of research, please reference "Agency Research".
  6. Support materials not provided in digital format or according to the specifications listed below will not be considered.
  7. Only support materials supplied with the entry will be used in the event of an entry being shortlisted or winning. Entrants will not be asked for additional support materials after entry submission.
