Send us a quick description of the damage and some snaps within 7\ndays of delivery. Make sure the product and packaging are unused and in their original\ncondition. If they\u2019re not, we might ask you to cover extra shipping costs or refuse the return.\nA refund will be processed within 48 hours for damaged items, or we\u2019ll happily replace your\nproduct if it\u2019s unused.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<h3>Refunds<\/h3>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Changed your mind? If you\u2019re not vibing with your chosen\nscent, we\u2019ll gladly swap it for another one of our fab scents. Exchanges are only available for\nfull-price items within 7 days of purchase.
