NAPA is looking for full-time CRNAs to join our growing group practice in Memphis, Tennessee. Our MD/CRNA care team model includes approximately 25+ anesthesiologists and 70+ CRNAs, who have created a cohesive group that enjoys employee and recruitment socials. Experienced providers as well as new graduates are welcome. We provide an excellent orientation and mentor program for new graduates.

Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus is offered to experienced, as well as newly graduating candidates!

• Flexible scheduling, 8, 10 or 12‐hour shifts. Monday ‐ Friday. No call, no weekend, no holidays.
• We offer a wide variety of anesthesia services including: general, cardiac, transplant (heart and lung), thoracic, neurosurgical, gynecology, obstetrical, orthopedics, pediatric, bariatrics, enhanced recovery, electrophysiology, GI, urology diagnostic and outpatient procedures. Additionally, blocks for post‐op pain are performed at several of our practice locations.
• American Anesthesiology of Tennessee covers three full‐service hospitals within the Baptist Health System and several outpatient surgery centers in the Memphis, Tennessee metro area.
