The campus is over 25 acres and is a component of the 380+ acre multi-use development named Quarterpath. Voluntary nonprofit short term acute care Hospital licensed for 40 private rooms, 33 medical\/surgical rooms, and seven intensive care rooms.\n\n<\/p>\n    <h3 class=\"hd-h3\">Case Assignments<\/h3>\n    <p>Excellent opportunity for a Chief Anesthesiologist &#8211; Scheule: 2 weeks on, one week off<\/p>\n    <p>B&amp;B, General, heavy Ortho, Gyn, Endo, Urology.<\/p>\n    <h3 class=\"hd-h3\">Location Facts<\/h3>\n    <ul class=\"list\">\n       <li>Colonial Williamsburg<\/li>\n       <li>Between the York and James River<\/li>\n       <li>The College of William &amp; Mary<\/li>\n       <li>Described as very walkable with about a fifth of people walking to work<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <h3 class=\"hd-h3\">Position Responsibilities <\/h3>\n\t<ul class=\"list\">\n    \t<li>Schedule is 2 weeks on, 1 week off; 17 weeks off per year!<\/li>\n        <li>Assist in the directing and coordinating of Activities in the Anesthesia Department<\/li>\n        <li>Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious ad\/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures<\/li>\n        <li>Pre-anesthesia assessment<\/li>\n        <li>Obtains and\/or verifies patient consent<\/li>\n        <li>Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient<\/li>\n        <li>Induction, maintenance and emergence from anesthesia<\/li>\n        <li>Monitoring of the patient&#8217;s physiological condition<\/li>\n        <li>Performance of clinical intervention as needed<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <h3 class=\"hd-h3\">Position Requirements <\/h3>\n    <ul class=\"list\">\n        <li>M.D.\/D.O.
