GST based on Cart Total according to Customer Group

What does it do:

This is complete new module to set gst to cart total based on customer group from admin.

This gst values will be automatically added cart total based on customer group when customer add product in cart.

Useful for those who wants to add gst to particular customer group.
It is completly new extension.
No files are overwritten.
