Returns

We pack your goodies with love, but if your purchase arrives damaged, give us a shout at lets_chat@gertie.com.au. Send us a quick description of the damage and some snaps within 7 days of delivery. Make sure the product and packaging are unused and in their original condition. If they’re not, we might ask you to cover extra shipping costs or refuse the return. A refund will be processed within 48 hours for damaged items, or we’ll happily replace your product if it’s unused.

Refunds

Changed your mind? We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for change of mind. But don’t fret! If you’re not vibing with your chosen scent, we’ll gladly swap it for another one of our fab scents. Exchanges are only available for full-price items within 7 days of purchase. Sale items are final and shipping cost is at the customer’s expense.

To exchange:

  • Drop us an email at lets_chat@gertie.com.au with your order number and the new scent you want.
  • Return the original, unused item at your expense. Damaged packaging or products mean no exchange, so make sure it’s in mint condition.
  • We’ll ship out your new scent for free!
