NAPA is offering an exceptional employment opportunity for a full-time position, for either a general or cardiac-trained anesthesiologist to join our growing group practice in beautiful, historic Fredericksburg, VA. We are the exclusive physician anesthesia services provider for Mary Washington Healthcare and provide services at Mary Washington Hospital, Stafford Hospital and Fredericksburg Ambulatory Surgery Center.

• Mary Washington Healthcare is one of the last independent health care systems in the country and promotes local decision making with a volunteer community Board of Trustees.
• We offer a variety of anesthetic cases including; cardiac, neuro, thoracic, peds, ortho, vascular, OBGYN, trauma, general surgery, podiatry, urology and regional. Subspecialty training in cardiothoracic, obstetrics and neuro anesthesia are welcome, but not required.
• The practice currently performs 300 cardiac cases each year.
• The practice consists of 18 anesthesiologists and 50+ CRNAs who work together in a care team model.
• Overnight call, shared equally amongst group; Post call day off
• 8 weeks vacation
